We are specialized in the global search, placement and integration of Candidates for executive and similar management positions on behalf of our clients.
In the event you are interested in becoming a Candidate, you can provide us via email with your personal information and professional background. We will put information and your CV into our internal Database and will keep it on file unless you request that we delete your information.
As you share your information with us, we might contact you for clarification or to obtain additional information. We may also keep publicly available personal and professional information from sources like LinkedIn or similar platforms.
Your candidate information may be processed by RSVP GROUP employees or affiliates, depending on the location of the relevant clients, including affiliates in non-EU countries. In cases where data is transferred outside the European Union, we will use „Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)“ or „Binding Corporate Rules“ to ensure your data remains protected as required by the „GDPR“.
We will not share your personal information with third parties without your „specific and explicit consent“. Data will be stored in databases located in London, Singapore, and the US, where „appropriate legal mechanisms for international data transfers“ (such as SCCs) are in place.
